This Fire Warden/Marshal course is a comprehensive 3-hour classroom training program aimed at equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become a certified Fire Warden.
This course is designed to not only educate you on your legal responsibilities and those of your employer but also to provide you with a thorough understanding of fire-related matters, including fire hazards and safety arrangements. Additionally, it will outline the key components of effective emergency evacuation procedures.
Developed by Irish Fire Safety Engineers in accordance with the requirements outlined in The Safety Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005 and The Fire Services Act 1981 (2003), this course emphasizes the legal obligations placed upon individuals who have control over premises. These responsibilities involve preventing the occurrence of fires and ensuring the safety of all individuals present on the premises in the event of a fire outbreak, to the extent that it is reasonably practicable, whether a fire has occurred or not.
